The house offers to its guests: three double rooms with bedrooms, a room with three single beds, a flat with two bedrooms. There are private bathrooms, tv, local heating, fireplace, a well furnit kitchen box in each room. There is an opportunity to order food. Additional tourist services: there is a horse riding club with elite horses for riding teaching; travel routes in the low and the high parts of the mountain, bow shooting, trip with a jeep, shooting with pneumotic gun, mountine guide, mountin bike, badminton, orientation with a map and GPS. The house is located 2 km far away from the branching for the village of Chiflik and the village of Shipkovo, towards the Troyan passage on the road Troyan-Karnare.
