It is located on the left bank of Rogacheva river at 870 m above sea-level. It consists a two-leveled building with capacity of 38 places in rooms with 4, 8, 12 and 14 beds and 16 double bungalows - with common capacity of 70 beds with outer bathrooms and toilets. The building is water-supplied, electrified. The heating is with stoves with hard fuel. It has a tourist kitchen and a kitchen-cupboard, folk-style dining room and hall with video and fun games. Bongalows are electrifeid. They are user during the summer season. The path to the hut is asphalted. The area has a sport place. It has a parking. Near tourist objects: a swimming pool with mineral water, Kozia Stena hut - 2,30 h, Eho hut - 4,30 h, Troyan passage - 4,30 h. The paths are marked.
