The house is situated in village of Oreshak, Troyan municipality. This is a restored, over 130 years old house with a saved authentic outer and inner design. There are 3 rooms, bathroom and a cloakroom, kitchen-garden, fruit garden, grill, swimming pool, cauldron for demonstration of making of rakia.
