The Complex "Three Houses" is situated in the small and quiet village "Beli Osam" in the Balkan Mountains. The place is well known for its beautiful and wild nature, tranquility, and mineral springs, walk paths and great possibilities for family holidays. The Complex "Three Houses" has three separate houses (each 75 m2) with a veranda from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Balkan, 30 m2 BBQ (Gazebo) and a spacious yard with greenery. The houses are built in the typical Bulgarian style with 2 Rooms, Bathroom, Kitchen, TV, Heating system, fireplace. The maximum capacity of each house in the Complex is 5 Persons.

The Complex "Three Houses is located 10 km south of the town of Trojan. On entering the town you will see remnants of one of the well known Roman castles (Sorsa, a small Roman town, founded in the middle of the II century and existed until the end of the V century), in the town centre there is a museum of folk crafts and applied arts, opened in 1968 displaying a selection from its rich collection of traditional and contemporary folk art (crafts, ceramics, woodwork, wrought iron, textiles). The main historical and cultural monument of the region, located 10 km away from Troyan is the third largest monastery in Bulgaria - the Troyan monastery, built in the XIV century. West of the town, not more than 5 km from the complex "Three houses" are the two holiday villages Chiflik and Shipkovo, famous for the thermal springs and mineral swimming pools. The temperature of the mineral water is 32 degrees and the swimming pools are open all year round. The Balkan mountains surrounding the Complex "Three houses" offers various kinds of activities and possibilities of skiing - running, mountaineering, hiking, for example: - Beklemeto - 1300 m above sea level, 20 km away from the complex "Three houses" offers wonderful conditions for winter tourism, there are 3 ski slopes, 2 drags and the best track for biathlon and ski - run in Bulgaria.

- Kozya Stena and Ushite - picturesque trails in the mountain, leading to interesting sites and objects. Forests here comprise ash tree, beech, oak and hornbeam. The edelweiss is to be found in the area of Kozya Stena.

- Touristic center "Aidushko sborishte" -- in the Central Balkan, 8 km from the complex "Three Houses" offers different possibilities for sports like Paintball, mountaineering, climbing, horseback riding.

In the well equipped kitchens of the houses and barbeque you have the possibility to cook a dish yourself or to ask the staff of the complex "Three houses" to prepare typical Bulgarian dishes.
