Village of Debnevo is located in Troyan municipality, 20 km far away from town of Troyan. The village is the biggest in the municipality. It has the most inhabitants of all villages in the municipality. Vidima river flows through the village of Debnevo. The river rises from Stara Planina mountin and passes through town of Apriltsi, municipality Troyan and continues flowing through Sevlievo municipality.
